Event Reservations
Participation in BergamoScienza events is free and requires a reservation (find out how to reserve).
Bookings for schools will open on May 25 at 2:00 p.m.
Bookings for families and individuals will open on September 15 at 2:00 p.m.
Each event specifies the maximum number of participants and the recommended age range. Before booking events, you must register by creating a personal account.

In addition to actively participating by designing workshops, the BergamoScienza Festival is an ideal destination for a science-themed school field trip, allowing students and classes to enjoy the numerous activities on offer free of charge.

The BergamoScienza Festival takes place at multiple venues located throughout the city of Bergamo and its province. To make the most of your travel and your days, good logistical planning is essential.
For this reason, in the weeks leading up to the official opening of reservations (and throughout the duration of the Festival), a dedicated Infopoint will be available to answer your questions about venue locations and transportation, and to help you plan the most efficient itinerary.

How to book
Science belongs to everyone: that’s why every single BergamoScienza event is completely free. To participate and secure your spot, just follow these simple steps.

How to Register
- Click on “Log In” in the top right corner, then click on “Register”
- Select your user type
- Fill out the form with your information
- Confirm your registration via the email you receive
- Log in with your credentials to start booking
How to book
- Go to the “Calendar” section of the website
- Select the event you’re interested in
- Click on “Log In” or “Book” and follow the instructions
- You will receive a confirmation email with the booking details
How to cancel an event
We know that unexpected things happen and plans can change at the last minute! If you can no longer attend an event, we ask just one small favor: please cancel your booking. This will free up a spot for someone else who wants to attend.
It’s very easy to do: just log in to the site with your credentials, go to your Personal Area, select “My Reservations,” and click “Cancel Reservation” next to the event. Thank you so much for your cooperation!

Do I have to pay to attend the events?
No, all BergamoScienza events are completely free. All you need to do is register online.
How can I register for an event?
First, you must register on the website www.bergamoscienza.it and select your user type (individual or individual+school). After registering, log in with your credentials and book events from the Calendar section. Find out how to register here.
When can I book an event?
If you are a teacher, you can book for your classes starting at 2:00 PM on May 25 and up to 72 hours before the start of the event you are interested in.
If you are a private individual, you can book starting at 2:00 PM on September 15 and up to 2 hours before the start of the event you are interested in.
What is the difference between “Private” and “Private + School”?
“Private” is for individual visitors and families. “Private + School” is for teachers who want to book both for themselves and for their classes.
Can I book without registering?
No, registration on the website is required to make reservations.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation by clicking the link in the confirmation email. We ask that you do so promptly to free up the spot for other participants. Find out how to cancel here.
What happens if I arrive late?
It’s important to arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your spot may be given to other participants on the waiting list.
Can I bring young children?
Each event lists the recommended age range. Some workshops are designed for specific age groups, while others are suitable for the whole family.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome! However, rules may vary by location: always check the event page before attending.
Where can I park?
The festival’s various venues have public parking available. Maps with directions to each location are available on the website.
How can I stay updated on the program?

Can I take photos during the events?
Photography for personal use is generally permitted, but during some events you may be asked not to use flash or devices that disrupt the presentation.
