Code of Ethics and Organizational, Management, and Control Model (Legislative Decree No. 231/2001)
In accordance with the principles of legality, fairness, and maximum transparency, the BergamoScienza Foundation has adopted its Code of Ethics and its Organizational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001.
These documents serve as guidelines for anyone acting in the name and on behalf of the Foundation, defining ethical values and rules of conduct.
To oversee the operation and compliance with the Model, the Foundation has established an autonomous and independent single-member Supervisory Body (OdV).
